Blood and Chocolate:silly film title, but good film!
A Customer from North London, 10th February, 2007
From the movie title, I was expecting a film as silly as the movie title. But I enjoyed it. I quite liked the way the werewolves morphed from human to wolves! Good story, and of course Hugh Dancy is in it looking very yummy, so I thoroughly enjoyed the film!

GOOD
A Customer from COVENTRY, 11th July, 2007
Not really as supernatural as UNDERWORLD.More believable even though i guess not if you see what i mean. I liked the way humans became wolfs. Quite an emotional film of a woman trapped in the paradox of being of a WOLF and needing to hunt to survive and basically not wanting to, and be more human. Some good wolf chases. Its sorts of THE LOST BOYS meets UNDERWORLD. A compelling enough storyline i thought, with good acting throughout.

How good is this film!
A Customer from Milton Keynes, 15th August, 2007
I loved this film, someone else said it has a Lost Boys feel to it and in some parts it does. The group of young lads crusing about together etc. The young girl reluctant to join the fold. Just does not have the comedy of the Lost Boys, but it does not need it. The changing into wolves thing is great, loved the story, loved the acting, love that Dancy man. The only place this film lets itself down is in the sound department. hard to explain but you feel as if they forgot to put the sound FX in when someone fell to the ground or when things broke. As if they spent all the money on the wolf transformation that they had none left for additional stunt sounds. The FX with the fire are a little poor too but all in this film rocks. I would and will watch it over and over.

Disapointment
A Customer from Kent, 14th October, 2007
I was hoping for some kind of alt-teen-angst werewolf movie like Ginger Snaps or something. This is a bit crap by comparison. Sorry I watched it now.

Blood & Chocolate

This film promised something good however actually it was not as good as was expected. The way certain characters changed from human to wolfs was very good but the film was not that good.

There isn't anything scarey about this film, but got a bit bored of watch the wolves running around all the time. It's ok though.
Nice Try
A Customer from London, 9th October, 2008
Really wanted this to be good and in parts it was. However, overall it was very predictable and copies just about every other vampire/werewolf movie ever made. Then they added pop music to the score?! Why?

Misleading Synopsis
Gem1981 from from Pontypool, 24th September, 2008
Although the synopsis claims this film is about werewolves it isn't what I expected it to be. I was expecting to see (for want of a better word) proper werewolves, but was disappointed when I realised that the wolves in this film were actual real wolves as opposed to lycanthropes. Ok so Loup Garou is French for werewolf but when we hear the word werewolf we expect to see drooling fanged beasts that tear people apart, not normal looking wild wolves. I was very disappointed with this film, the storyline is weak and the acting isn't really much better. If werewolves is what you want, do yourself a favour and rent the Ginger Snaps trilogy or Dog Soldiers, thet will make for much better viewing than this poor excuse for a film.
