Final Destination 3

KooPoo from from Bedford, 27th February, 2006

This film made my blood run cold-the way the characters die is more gruesome, more explicit and more horrifying than the other two put together. It is a fantastically thought out film, and although you can tell what is going to happen in a couple of the deaths, it doesn't ruin it one little bit. There are a couple that you don't expect at all and one in particular for me that was just awful!!

An amazing horror that keeps you hooked but almost unwilling to see what happens next! A must-see!!

Why ruin a good thing?

ellectrastar from from Durrington, 21st August, 2006

I've always thought the idea for these films was a good one, but think this film proves it has run its course.

It was an original idea, but this and 2 just seem so repetitive, it was only good for one film.

This is the worst of the three; it was all downhill from the start. The beginning was fine and built up tension, but became disjointed thereafter; it wasn't even clear what the order of deaths should be, unlike the first film.

The characters had no personality and I can't even remember what they were called, and I only watched it yesterday! I couldn't have cared less what happened to them and just hoped it would be painful!

The deaths were okay but not really any shocks.

Would recommend watching the first of these films and stopping there.

Good fun!

The only way to make this film better would be to make it longer and have more annoying Americans being killed.

Great follow up

Liz from Lancashire, 21st March, 2006

After seeing the first 2 films I was looking forward to seeing this. You don't have to have seen the other films to watch this but I suggest you do as there are references to the first film in this one. It starts off with a group of pals at a theme park and Wendy taking photos for the school yearbook. Wendy has a premonition about a rollercoaster crash and gets off but who else does and doesn't you'll see for yourself. The photos Wendy took also help you try and figure out how everyone is going to die. All in all a great film and no need to be in your teens to enjoy (I'm mid twenties and still liked it)

Formulaic but good fun

A Customer from Dilwyn, 29th July, 2008

A complete repeat of the other two movies with a brief mention of the first one to showcase its pedigree. Usual collection of high school teens who initially cheat death only to meet the reaper in various spectacular and offbeat ways throughout the film. It is fun trying to figure out how each will meet their sticky and bloody end and probably best not watched if you are superstitious or fatalistic. Get the chips and dips and the popcorn and settle in for an hour and a half of preposterous fun. Do not expect anything deep and meaningful out of this film.
