From the producers of DUMB & DUMBER comes this 'no-brainer' eco-trip. Slackers Bud and Doyle (Stephen Baldwin and Pauly Shore) happen upon the opening ceremonies for the BIO-DOME, an environmental facility which is controlled by five scientists, who will be hermetically sealed in it for a year. But before you can say "dumb and dumber," the two dimwits, mistaking the Bio-Dome for a shopping mall, end up trapped inside with the researchers. Cut off from TV and fast food, Bud and Doyle act like bulls in a china shop, creating havoc every step of the way, annoying their brainy co-habitees with crass humour and wild, destructive antics. Can the Bio-Dome project be saved before Bud and Doyle completely demolish it

Radio Times

Excruciatingly awful comedy about a couple of crude, lewd and generally nauseating brothers (Pauly Shore and Stephen Baldwin) who accidentally gatecrash a year-long science bio-dome experiment. Naturally, they trash the place. The film aims for a goofy Wayne's World type vibe, but the brain-dead brothers' juvenile antics grate like nails scraping down a blackboard and the plotting is an insult — the boys invite hundreds of revellers to a dome party, yet nobody tries to stop them! Even the expected last-minute change of heart rings hollow. The delightful Joey Lauren Adams (of Chasing Amy fame) as Shore's girlfriend is the film's minor virtue.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Matti White from London, UK, 22nd March, 2006

One of (if not the) worst films I have ever seen! The plot is absurd, and not in a good way. The jokes are beyond puerile - even a primary school pupil would be too mature for them. The acting is wooden and the characters are painfully one-dimensional. Avoid this film at all costs!

Biodome

A Customer from England, 8th October, 2005

Ok so when I first watched this I hd no idea how camp Pauly Shore was, quite a shock to see it now, still one of the best soundtracks, watch out for a very young and thin Jack Black!

Average comedy dross

A Customer from Wigan, 12th September, 2005

Some things aren't for everyone and this is one of those things. Some funny moments + alot of just stooopid nonsense = Biodome. Almost not worth bothering with, but I've seen much worse, so give it a go, then forget you ever watched it!

Can you survive in a Dome for a year. Why not have a party and wreck the place? Watch it and see. Great big belly laughs

A fun dumb comedy

Tony Bruce from Luton, England, 10th January, 2007

If you like Pauly Shore and films like Dumb and Dumber you'll most probably like this, if you don't then you probably wouldn't be interested in renting this film in the first place.
